This notice covers the COOKIE$ fan site operated by TALENTLAB INC. EASL is the event partner for the October 3 giveaway. EASL is not the organizer of this fan list.

We collect the name, email, mobile, city, and optional social handle you submit, plus campaign answers such as a favorite song, how long you have followed COOKIE$, attendance, and why you want to be selected. We also store a claim or entry code, sticker quantity or giveaway stage, and whether you opted into COOKIE$ updates.

We use that information to run the sticker claim and the EASL fan giveaway, to keep one fan record, and to sync the contact into GoHighLevel for the COOKIE$ location. Marketing messages are sent only if you check the optional updates box. Winner administration uses your contact details to confirm attendance and build a will-call list.

We keep campaign records for the life of the campaign and the event follow-up. GoHighLevel is a processor for contact sync. Hosting is on our application servers. We do not sell fan lists.
